Abstract
Five mouse macrophage cell lines were tested for chemotaxis and phagocytosis. All 5 cell lines ingested sheep red cells coated with rabbit IgG anti-Forssman antibody and exhibited chemotaxis to endotoxin-activated mouse serum (EAMS) and lymphocyte-derived chemotactic factor.
