Abstract

As part of an examn. of the cytostatic effects of 1,2-diarylethylenediamine-platinum(II)-complexes the contents of Pl and biol. essential trace elements of tumor tissue and different organs were detd. by neutron activation anal. The activation anal. procedure, sepn. of 32P, and isolation of 199Au and 99Mo are described.
