Zusammenfassung
Compns. contg. 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone, p-aminosalicylic acid, streptomycin, or rifampicin and a benzylamine I (R = H, alkyl; R1, R2 = H, F, Cl, Br) are synergistic bactericides against mycobacteria, such as those causing tuberculosis and leprosy. Thus, as shown by the fractional inhibitory concn. method, 4,4'-diaminodiphenyl sulfone and I-HCl (R = Me, R1 = R2 = Cl) were synergistic against Mycobacterium lufu on Dubos medium contg. 5% bovine albumin. I were prepd. by known methods.
