Abstract
The interaction of the terbium–difloxacin complex (Tb–DFX) with DNA has been examined by using UV–vis absorption and luminescence spectroscopy. The Tb–DFX complex shows an up to 85-fold enhancement of luminescence intensity upon titration with DNA.
