Abstract (English)

This thesis investigates how the tunnel current through clean, single-walled carbon nanotube-based quantum dot systems is influenced by spin phenomena. Its focus lies on Pauli spin blockade effects. Such spin blockade effects are experimentally observed here in the clear-cut transport spectrum of a serial double quantum dot device in the regime of capacitive and weak tunnel interdot coupling. ...
