Noncollinear Ferromagnetism in (III,Mn)V Semiconductors

We investigate the stability of the collinear ferromagnetic state in kinetic exchange models for (III,Mn)V semiconductors with randomly distributed Mn ions. Our results suggest that noncollinear ferromagnetism is common to these semiconductor systems.
