Abstract (German)

Im Rahmen des EU Projektes "Nano DNA sequencing" wurde eine neue Methode zur DNA-Sequenzierung ausprobiert. Die Sequenzierung mit der Lambda-Phagen DNA wurde durch eine Festkörper-Nanopore in einer Si₃N₄-Membran detektiert via einer Kohlenstoffnanoroehre versucht.

Translation of the abstract (English)

In the EU project Nano DNA sequencing a new method for the DNA sequencing was tried. The sequencing with lambda-phage DNA were done in a solid state nanopore in a Si₃N₄ membran detected with a carbon nanotube.
