Abstract

Background Rhabdomyosarcoma is a rare malignant skeletal muscle tumor. It mainly occurs in children and young adults and has an unsatisfactory prognosis. Prior studies showed a direct myotoxic effect of bupivacaine on differentiated muscle cells in vitro and in vivo.
