Abstract (German)
Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit soll die Wirksamkeit und Verträglichkeit des Präparats Memantin erläutert werden. In einem ersten theoretischen Teil wird das Wirkstoffprofil des
Präparats mithilfe der angegebenen Literatur sowie Informationen der Herstellerfirma dargelegt und näher erläutert. Im Anschluss wird in einer retrospektiven klinischen Anwendungsbeobachtung eine objektive Nutzen-Risiko-Bewertung von Memantin erfolgen.
Translation of the abstract (English)
In the framework of this paper the effectiveness and compatibility of the drug Memantine are discussed. With the help of the mentioned literature and information given by the producing company a description of the drug profile of Memantine is given and clarified. After the theoretical debate an objective valuation of benefit-risk assessment of Memantine is carried out in a retrospective clinical application.
