Translation of the abstract (English)

The internal structure and dynamics of excitons in atomically thin layers and condensing exciton-polariton gases are the subject of this thesis. With the help of time resolved THz-probe spectroscopy and photoluminescence spectroscopy simultaneously the photonic and the matter component of an exciton-polariton condensate can be revealed. Additionally the internal structure and the ultrafast dynamics of excitons in TMDC-monolayers can be investigated.
