Abstract
Eating and drinking are human everyday activities. Nevertheless, or perhaps just because of the supposed routing in doing this, the dietary habits of many people are very poor and even dangerous for health and well-being. In this contribution, the authors present their current research work that aims at developing information systems, which can alert users in case their dietary choices are poor and recommend ideas for improved behaviour.
