Translation of the abstract (English)

This work deals with the synthesis and characterization of new ternary chalcogenometallates of the heavy alkali metals potassium, rubidium and cesium. The new compounds, synthesized in the course of this thesis were investigated regarding their semiconducting properties by using UV/Vis-spectroscopy and DFT calculations. The high-temperature behavior was investigated by thermal analysis and by using X-ray diffraction and vibrational spectroscopy at high temperatures.
