Abstract (English)

In this work we investigate TiN nanostructures with widths between 75nm and 800nm close to the superconductor-insulator transition. The samples are fabricated from a polycrystalline TiN film with a thickness of 3.6nm by applying the technique of crosslinking PMMA by means of the exposure to very high electron beam doses. Grundlage dieser Arbeit bilden TiN-Nanostrukturen mit Breiten zwischen 75nm und 800nm nahe am Supraleiter-Isolator Übergang. Zur Herstellung der Strukturen nutzen wir das Verfahren des Verbackens von PMMA Lack durch die Belichtung mit sehr hohen Elektronenstrahldosen.
