Abstract (English)

This thesis describes the investigation of fundamental properties of molecules in the tunnelling junction using combined scanning tunneling (STM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Diese Dissertation beschreibt die Untersuchung fundamentaler Eigenschaften einzelner Moleküle im Tunnelkontakt unter kombinierter Benutzung von Rastertunnelmikroskopie und Rasterkraftmikroskopie. Der Fokus liegt auf unterschiedlichen Ladungsprozessen in Molekülen, es wurden aber auch thermisch aktivierte chemische Reaktionen auf Oberflächen untersucht.
