Abstract (English)
A transcriptomic dataset of isolated live female gametophytic cells of Arabidopsis thaliana was processed to identify differentially expressed genes encoding membrane-associated or secreted proteins of the female gametophytic cells. The obtained data was validated and a set of candidate membrane proteins was functionally characterized.

Ein Transkriptomdatensatzes von isolierten weiblichen gametophytischen Zellen von Arabidopsis thaliana wurde in Hinblick auf differentiell exprimierte Gene, die für sekretierte oder membranlokalisierte Protein kodieren analysiert und validiert. Einige gametophytisch exprimierte membran-assoziierte Proteine wurden funktionell charakterisiert.
