Einleitung: Meningeome sind die häufigsten intrakraniellen Tumoren. Supratentoriell, also an Falx oder Konvexität gelegen, haben sie, verglichen mit infratentoriellen Meningeomen, häufig einen höheren Malignitätsgrad nach WHO, sind aber lokalisationsbedingt meist besser resektabel. Background: Meningiomas are the most common intracranial tumors. Supratentorial, located at falx or convexity, they often have a higher degree of malignancy compared to infratentorial meningiomas according to WHO, but are usually better resectable due to localization.
