The first mixed phosphatetrahedranes were reported only recently and their reactivity is virtually unexplored. Here we present a reactivity study on di‐ tert ‐butyldiphosphatetrahedrane ( 1 ), which is the dimer of tert ‐butylphosphaalkyne.
