Zusammenfassung

We report the case of an adolescent who ingested multiple prescribed substances with suicidal intent and subsequently died despite in- and out-patient treatment in pediatric psychiatry and ongoing out-patient psychotherapy for a depression diagnosis (ICD-10 F32.1).
