Klinische Beobachtungsstudie an SAB-Patient*innen. Klinische Beobachtungsstudie an SAB-Patient*innen. Führt ein kritischer Wert im MMM (Multimodalen Neuromonitoring) zu einer Therapie-Eskalation durch die Behandelnden im kurzfristigen Verlauf von zwei Stunden nach Auftreten?

Ausgewertet wurde ein Zeitraum von 5 Jahren auf der anästhesiologisch-neurochirurgischen Intensivstation am Universitätsklinikum Regensburg. Neuromonitoring-Werte umfassten Hirndruck (ICP), Gewebe-Sauerstoffpartialdruck (PbtO2 und PTO), zerebraler Blutfluss (CBF) und Oxygenierungswerte mittels Nah-Infrarot-Spektroskopie (NIRS).

Restrospective clinical trial: 5 years of management of aneurysmatic SAH patients at Regensburg University medical centre.

Do pathologic values in brain multi-modality monitoring lead to enhanced therapeutic measures in a short-response-time of two hours after the event?

Brain Monitoring modalities include Intracranial pressure (ICP), Tissue Oxygenation (PbTO2 and PTO), cerebral blood-flow (CBF) and near-infrared-spectroscopy (NIRS).
