Abstract

A series of biohydrogels based on mixtures of kappa-carrageenan (-carrageenan, -C) and gelatin were evaluated as potential soft delivery vehicles for the encapsulation and subsequent release of non-ionic surfactant vesicles (niosomes) loaded with resveratrol (RSV).
