Abstract (German)
Über reaktive Sauerstoffspezies (ROS) ist schon länger bekannt, dass sie neben ihrer zellschädigenden Wirkung auch als Signalmoleküle fungieren können. Dies geschieht vorwiegend über posttranslationale Modifikation, genauer gesagt über Thiol-Gruppen. Ziel dieser Arbeit war - auf Grundlage eines Working
Heart Models an murinen Herzen verschiedener Genotypen - ein Screening auf solche RedOx-sensitive Proteine, die bei akuter Vor-, respektive Nachlasterhöhung eine solches ROS-Signal übertragen.
Translation of the abstract (English)
Reactive oxygen species are longer known for their cell-damaging effect but also as signaling molecules. Especially
proteins with thiol groups which can be oxydized or deoxidiced can lead such an intracellular signal. The aim of this work was - based on a working heart model of genetically different murine hearts - a screening for such redox-sensitive proteins which could transmit ROS-Signaling during acute increase of preload or afterload.
