Abstract (German)

Bei vorgeburtlich bekannter intrauteriner Wachstumsretardierung (37+0 SSW) konnte ein erhöhter diagnostischer und therapeutischer Aufwand gezeigt werden. Es zeigten sich im bekannten IUGR-Kollektiv vergleichsweise gute neonatale Outcome-Parameter (pH-, BE-Wert, Apgar-Werte), die nicht zuletzt in den Interventionen begründet liegen. Im bekannten IUGR-Kollektiv zeigten sich häufiger bessere pH- und BE-Werte, aber schlechtere Apgar-Werte als im Vergleichskollektiv. Signifikante Unterschiede konnten unabhängig von den Kollektiven gezeigt werden. Nach einem pathologischen CTG zeigte sich ein signifikant schlechteres fetal outcome. Zudem War das fetal Outcome signifikant vom Entbindungsmodus abhängig. Eine echte intrauterine Gefahr muss erkannt, ein IUFT vermieden werden. Eine gewisse Überdiagnostik und -therapie sind dabei nicht gänzlich zu vermeiden.

If the Intrauterine growth restriction was prenatally known (37+0 weeks), there were more diagnostic und therapeutical interventions. The fetal outcome (pH-, BE-, Apgar-Score) was relatively good in the known IUGR-group, partly because of the interventions. If the Intrauterine growth restriction was prenatally known (37+0 weeks), there were more diagnostic und therapeutical interventions. The fetal outcome (pH-, BE-, Apgar-Score) was relatively good in the known IUGR-group, partly because of the interventions. The pH- and BE-Scores in the known IUGR-group were mostly higher then in the comparison group, Apgar-Scores on the other hand were mostly lower in the known IUGR-group than in the comparison group. After a pathological CTG the study showed a significant worse fetal outcome independently from the groups. The fetal outcome showed a big correlation with the birth mode. An intrauterine danger has to be diagnosed to prevent an intrauterine fetal death. Sometimes there is overdiagnostics and overtherapy as a result.
