Abstract (English)

The work covers the combination of X-ray absorption spectroscopy with X-ray diffraction of molecular molybdenum compounds in the region of absorption edges. The values for anomalous dispersion are obtained directly from the diffraction experiment by refining them as parameters during a crystal structure determination. If these values are used instead of the usual tabulated values, this has a positive effect on the quality factors of the model. In addition, the values are in good agreement with the X-ray absorption spectra of the respective compounds. The robustness of the method to various conditions is shown and a first application to data from laboratory diffractometers is presented.

Die Arbeit behandelt die Kombination der Röntgenabsorptionsspektroskopie mit der Röntgenbeugung von molekularen Molybdän-Verbindungen im Bereich von Absorptionskanten. Dabei werden die Werte für die anomale Dispersion direkt aus dem Beugungsexperiment gewonnen, indem Sie als Parameter während einer Kristallstrukturbestimmung mit verfeinert werden. Wenn diese Werte statt der üblichen, tabellierten Werte verwendet werden, wirkt sich dies positiv auf die Gütefaktoren des Modells aus. Außerdem stehen die Werte in gutem Einklang mit den Röntgenabsorptionsspektren der jeweiligen Verbindungen. Die Robustheit der Methode gegenüber verschiedener Einflussfaktoren wird gezeigt und eine erste Anwendung für Daten von Labordiffraktometern vorgestellt.
