Abstract (English)

In this thesis two (ultra-thin) granular aluminum films have been characterized for its electrical transport properties. Both samples had been tuned to a normal state sheet resistance close to the quantum resistance of Cooper pairs. In dieser Dissertation wurden zwei ultra-dünne, granulare Aluminiumfilme auf ihre elektrischen Eigenschaften untersucht.
