Abstract

In low-temperature resonant Raman experiments on MoSe2-WSe2 heterobilayers, we identify a hybrid interlayer shear mode (HSM) with an energy close to the interlayer shear mode (SM) of the heterobilayers, but with a much broader, asymmetric lineshape.
