Abstract (English)
The present PhD thesis demonstrates the further development of the endocyclic ring opening of cyclopropanated bicycles/fused bicycles which has first been described in 2019 by Reiser and co-workers who demonstrated that this strategy allows for a facile access to highly sub- stituted, arylated dihydropyridines and 2H-pyrans. In particular, this thesis improved upon the overall efficiency of the ...
In particular, this thesis improved upon the overall efficiency of the process as well as increased the substrate diversity both for cyclopropanes as well as coupling reagents.
