Abstract (German)
In dieser Promotionsarbeit wurde die klinische Relevanz der intraoperativen Ultraschall-Elastographie (Strain- und Scherwellen-Elastographie) zur Leberfibrosediagnostik in Korrelation zur histopathologischen Beurteilung als Goldstandard evaluiert. Dabei wurden 117 Patientenfälle untersucht. Sowohl die SE als auch die SWE eigneten sich zur intraoperativen Leberfibrosediagnostik. Insbesondere die Unterscheidung „signifikante“ bzw. „nicht-signifikante“ Fibrose wird durch beide Methoden ermöglicht.
Translation of the abstract (English)
In this doctoral thesis, the clinical relevance of intraoperative ultrasound elastography (strain and shear wave) for liver fibrosis diagnosis was evaluated in correlation with histopathology. 117 patients were examined. Both SE and SWE were suitable for intraoperative liver fibrosis diagnosis. In particular, the distinction between „significant „ and „non-significant“ fibrosis is made possible by both methods.
