This workshop brought together many experts working in quite different fields along the borderline of perturbative and non-perturbative QCD. The aim was to stimulate discussions and research projects bridging the gap between these different subfields. In my talk I tried to sketch a few topics which are both relevant and rather unsettled and thus are well suited to stimulated fruitful discussions. These are: i) multiply-hard reactions at LHC energies and there relevance for using p + p as baseline for A + A physics, ii) open problems for parton distribution functions, iii) AdS/CFT as a new tool to investigate non-perturbative dynamics, and iv) The Chiral Magnetic Effect.
