Abstract

Ribosome biogenesis is tightly linked to cellular growth. A crucial step in the regulation of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) gene transcription is the formation of the complex between RNA polymerase I (Pol I) and the Pol I-dependent transcription factor Rrn3p.
