Abstract

Chronic inflammation may play an etiologic role in endometrial cancer. Nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) reduce inflammatory activity by inhibiting the proinflammatory cyclooxygenase enzymes and, therefore, may decrease cancer risk.
