Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is an autosomal-dominant phacomatosis that manifests with visceral harmatomas, epilepsy, and mental retardation. Paranasal angiofibromas may cause bleeding and difficulties in nasal breathing and can stigmatise the individual.
