Zusammenfassung
Recent developments in electroneurography include improvements in the diagnosis of generalised neuropathies by the detection of A-waves during routine F-wave studies, methodological improvements in the diagnosis of nerve entrapment syndromes (carpal tunnel syndrome, ulnar neuropathy at the elbow), and an innovative approach to the detection of temporal dispersion in motor nerves with normal conduction velocity. These developments are reviewed, especially from a practical point of view.
