Zusammenfassung
We report on a neonate who developed complete thrombosis of the superior vena cava after an arterial switch operation for d-transposition of the great arteries. Therapy of local lysis with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator and percutaneous aspiration thrombectomy was successful.
