Photoluminescence of [RhIII(phpy)2(CN)2]− (phpy−=ortho-metalated 2-phenylpyridine anion)

Zusammenfassung

The complex anion [Rh-III(phpy)(2)(CN)(2)](-) with phpy(-) = 2-phenylpyridine anion shows a blue-green photoluminescence at room temperature in solution (lambda(max) = 460 and 490 nm, phi approximate to 0.006).
