Der Autor nutzt die besonderen Bedingungen der COVID-19-Pandemie, um anhand der Corona-Verordnungen der deutschen Bundesländer zu untersuchen, wie sich der Föderalismus in einer Krisensituation bewährt.

Translation of the abstract (English)

In the context of the unique conditions of the Covid-Pandemic the author examines the question, whether the german federal system is able to perform during a crisis, using the covid directives of the german states as an example.
