Abstract (German)
Ziel der Arbeit war der Vergleich der therapeutischen Äquivalenz des Immunsuppressivums Sandimmun Neoral mit zwei Generika, Gengraf und CsA Eonlabs.
Es konnten siqnifikante Unterschiede im first-pass Metabolismus zwischen den drei Pharmaka festgestellt werden. Des Weiteren wurden Untersuchungen zum Metabolismus des Cyclosporin A und verschiedenen mRNA Abundanzen in den Nieren nach Nierentransplantation in Ratten durchgeführt.
Translation of the abstract (English)
In this work, the therapeutic equivalence of sandimmun neoral and two generic preparations, gengraf and CsA eonlabs was investigated. It became evident, that there exist significant differences in the first pass metabolism between these three medicinal products. Further, dose dependent effects on the metabolism of cyclosporine A and on differnt mRNA expressions in the kidneys after orthotopic kidney transplantations were performed, too.
