In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurden neue Derivate aus der Reihe der Arylmethoxytryptamine synthetisiert und mittels in-vitro pharmakologischer Testmodelle auf ihre Wirkung an Serotonin-Rezeptoren geprüft. In the present study new arylmethoxytryptamine derivatives have been synthesized and studied for their interaction with 5-HT receptors by several pharmacological in-vitro assays. For 5-HT2B receptors, assays were performed on isolated strips of rat fundus and rings of pig pulmonary arteries.
