Fluorimetrische und massenspektrometrische Untersuchung der
Fluram®-Derivate von Aminoglykosid-Antibiotika

Abstract

Zwischen der Zahl der prim. Aminogruppen von Polyaminen und der Fluoreszenzintensität nach Umsetzung
mit Fluram® besteht kein Zusammenhang. Die Produkte der Fluramumsetzung wurden ms untersucht
(FD-MS, FAB-MS).

No simple correlation could be found between the number of primary amino groups of polyamines and
the intensity of fluorescence after the reaction with Fluram®. The reaction products were identified by
means of FD-MS and FAB-MS.
