Gegenstand der vorliegenden Promotionsschrift ist die experimentelle Untersuchung von planaren Josephson-Kontakten basierend auf Nb/InAs-Hybridstrukturen. The thesis in hand investigates experimentally Josephson contacts based on Nb/InAs-hybrid structures.
