Dithranol (1) wird mit [l-14C]-Acetanhydrid zu l,8,9-[14C]-Triacetoxyanthracen (2) umgesetzt.
l,8,9-Triacetoxy[3H]-anthracen entsteht aus l,8-Dihydroxy-[3H]-9,10-anthrachinon (6) durch Reduktion
und Acetylierung.

Dithranol (1) is converted to l,8,9-[14C]-triacetoxyanthracene (2) by treatment with [l-14C]-acetic
anhydride. l,8,9-Triacetoxy-[3H]-anthracene is produced by reduction of [3H]-l,8-dihydroxy—
9,10-anthraquinone (6) followed by acetylation.
