Drei Synthesewege werden beschrieben, die die Verwendung von Phthalsäure (Friedel-Crafts-Acylierung),
CH3 I (o-Metallierung nach Meyers), bzw. C 0 2 (o-Metallierung nach Seebach) als
14C-Quellen für C-9-14C-Dithranol ermöglichen.

Three routes are described, which can be used to synthesize [9-14C]-Dithranol: incorporation of
phthalic acid
(Friedel-Crafts acylation), CH3 I (o-lithiation according to Meyers) or C 0 2 (o-lithiation
according to Seebach) as 14C-sources.
