Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit biometrischen Daten, insbesondere der Daten, welche für den ePass verwendet und aufgrund des Prümer Ratsbeschlusses gespeichert werden. Translation of the abstract (English)
This paper occupied with biometric data, particularly with data using for the ePass und data based on the counsil decision of Prüm.
In this paper the data protection provisions of the ePass and the counsil decision of Prüm will be control by the means of the case law of the european court of human rights to deal with "data protection"; in addition this paper will be control the provisions by the means of the european data convention and some recommendations of the comittee of ministers.
