High-performance liquid chromatographic analysis of cefotetan epimers in human plasma and urine

Cefotetan, a new broad-spectrum 7 alpha-methoxycephalosporin antibiotic, was assayed in plasma and urine by means of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography.
