Abstract (English)

We study two conceptually different regimes of electronic transport in carbon nanotubes. In the first part, we analyse spin transport across a carbon nanotube quantum dot coupled to ferromagnetic leads. Die vorgestellte Arbeit behandelt zwei konzeptuell verschiedene Bereiche elektronischen Transports in Kohlenstoffnanoröhren. Der erste Teil behandelt den Transport von elektronischen Spins über einen Quantenpunkt der an ferromagnetische Kontakte gekoppelt ist. Dabei werden Ladungsfluktuationen im theoretischen Modell berücksichtigt, die von den magnetischen Eigenschaften der Kontakte abhängen. ...
