Abstract (English)

INTRODUCTION. Non-uniform sampling (NUS) accelerates the acquisition of otherwise uniformly sampled (US) multidimensional NMR spectra which offer higher resolution than 1D 1H spectra but need considerably longer measurement times. NUS in metabolomics so far has been primarily tested on pure samples or synthetic model mixtures containing predefined metabolites in non-physiological concentrations. ...
