Abstract (English)
In this thesis, rho invariants for manifolds with boundary are studied thoroughly, with a special focus on the 3-dimensional case. A new invariant for links arises in this way, and its relation to previously known invariants is investigated.

In dieser Arbeit werden rho-Invarianten für Mannigfaltigkeiten mit Rand gründlich untersucht, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf dem 3-dimensionalen Fall liegt. Auf diese Weise entsteht eine neue Invariante für Verschlingungen und der Zusammenhang mit bisher bekannten Invarianten wird analysiert.
