Abstract (English)

Large scale lattice QCD computer simulations are used to compute all quark generalized form factors of the nucleon at leading twist-2.
The lattice calculation includes the connected contributions and
neglects contributions from disconnected diagrams.
An effective method for the computation of baryon three-point functions is presented in the second part of this work. The key ingredient of this method is based on a factorization of the entire correlation function into two parts.
