On the Evaluation of Structural Activity Patterns

Abstract

A review with 14 refs. of the computer methods LOGANA and LOCON which derive topol. pharmacophores by the step-wise combination of topol. descriptors using the logical operations "and", "or" and "not". The application of these methods to study b-blocking agents activity is discussed.
