The evolution of biexciton structure and binding energy with increasing density is studied in the framework of the model considering two bosonic exciton species, present in equal densities. Excitons of different species can be bound into an excitonic molecule. Those of the same kind repulse. It is found that the binding energy of biexcitons decreases with increasing density. In bulk and two-dimensional systems, it vanishes at some critical density. In the one-dimensional case, the binding energy also decreases but does not become zero at low temperatures.
