Two new tetraoxygenated xanthones, 6-O-demethyloliverixanthone and schomburgxanthone, together with cowanin, cowanol, fuscaxanthones A and B, 3-isomangostin hydrate, and 1,7-dihydroxyxanthone, were isolated from the bark of Garcinia schomburgkiana.
